The Borough of Wyomissing's Department of Parks & Recreation's offers a dynamic Swimnastics Program - a unique and invigorating aquatic exercise experience that seamlessly blends the benefits of swimming with a comprehensive fitness regimen.
The Swimnastics Program is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, offering a dynamic and effective workout in the Wyomissing Pool. Our program is perfect for those looking to combine the joy of swimming with the health benefits of a fitness routine.
Our instructor leads engaging classes that focus on enhancing cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. The combination of water resistance and controlled movements ensures a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints, making it an ideal option for individuals of all ages.
Joining our Swimnastics Program means not only embracing a healthier lifestyle but also enjoying the camaraderie of a community that shares a passion for staying active in the water. The Wyomissing Pool becomes a hub of positive energy and encouragement as participants engage in enjoyable and effective workouts together.

The Swimnastics Program is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, offering a dynamic and effective workout in the Wyomissing Pool. Our program is perfect for those looking to combine the joy of swimming with the health benefits of a fitness routine.
Our instructor leads engaging classes that focus on enhancing cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. The combination of water resistance and controlled movements ensures a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints, making it an ideal option for individuals of all ages.
Joining our Swimnastics Program means not only embracing a healthier lifestyle but also enjoying the camaraderie of a community that shares a passion for staying active in the water. The Swimnastics Program is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, offering a dynamic and effective workout in the Wyomissing Pool. Our program is perfect for those looking to combine the joy of swimming with the health benefits of a fitness routine.
Our instructor leads engaging classes that focus on enhancing cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. The combination of water resistance and controlled movements ensures a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints, making it an ideal option for individuals of all ages.
Joining our Swimnastics Program means not only embracing a healthier lifestyle but also enjoying the camaraderie of a community that shares a passion for staying active in the water. Our instructors cater to all skill levels for a fun and supportive learning experience.Lesson Dates:Session I | June 17 through June 28Session II | July 1 through July 12Session III | July 15 through July 26All session are Monday through Friday – these are group lessons, the Borough does not offer individual or private swimming lessons.Registration Fees:$115 - Pool Members$125 - Resident / Non-Pool Members* Swimming lessons are non-refundable.Only those individuals participating in the lessons are permitted in the pool during instructional periods. All parents must stay above the deck during this period. Registration is limited to one swim session per summer. However, the same child may enroll in a second session at a later date, if there is a vacancy or your child will be put on a stand-by list.There will be a limit of 6 Children per Level, per time slot. The Swim Levels are as follows: Level 1 is generally ages 3 to 7 with no swim experience or minimal swim experience. Level 2 is generally ages 6 to 8 who can swim freestyle for 5 yards without putting their feet down and can float for at least 5 sec. Conducted at the tennis courts at the Stone House, the Summer Instructional Tennis Program provides a safe and comfortable space for optimal learning and enjoyment. The program emphasizes age-appropriate instruction, ensuring that each child's developmental stage is considered. Coach Cronrath's coaching techniques cover essential skills such as grip, footwork, strokes, and game strategy, fostering a solid foundation in tennis.

The Swimnastics Program is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, offering a dynamic and effective workout in the Wyomissing Pool. Our program is perfect for those looking to combine the joy of swimming with the health benefits of a fitness routine.
Our instructor leads engaging classes that focus on enhancing cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. The combination of water resistance and controlled movements ensures a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints, making it an ideal option for individuals of all ages.
Joining our Swimnastics Program means not only embracing a healthier lifestyle but also enjoying the camaraderie of a community that shares a passion for staying active in the water. The Wyomissing Pool becomes a hub of positive energy and encouragement as participants engage in enjoyable and effective workouts together.

Tailored for youngsters aged 5 years and older, this program combines the fundamentals of tennis with a focus on skill development in a supportive environment.Coach Craig Cronrath brings over 40 years of tennis experience to the program. His extensive background as a professional player, instructor, and coach has left an indelible mark locally as well as nationally. Conducted at the tennis courts at the Stone House, the Summer Instructional Tennis Program provides a safe and comfortable space for optimal learning and enjoyment. The program emphasizes age-appropriate instruction, ensuring that each child's developmental stage is considered. Coach Cronrath's coaching techniques cover essential skills such as grip, footwork, strokes, and game strategy, fostering a solid foundation in tennis.
